New Year; New You!!! The happiest of New Year’s to you!!! I trust your holiday season was merry and bright; and you are now welcoming in this brand new year filled with a calm expectancy of the great new beginnings headed your way and an awareness of gratitude for those things left behind. I've been working with winemakers Jon and Javier and the vineyard crew to get our vines in tip–top shape over the past few months; so we are confident that "the Best" is yet to come. This being our first eNewsletter of the year, we've worked hard to pack it with some great new ideas and offers to start your year out right! YIELD: 24 servings
This recipe is based on the classic New England Baked Beans. This variation prepares the dish in a lighter, healthier style where the flavors are enhanced with mustard. The recipe uses navy beans. These maybe substituted with other varieties such as white kidney or even pinto beans. The creative use of navy beans in the skillet bread recipe shows yet another use for the magical fruit.

Intimate Winemakers Dinner~March 13th

Blessing of the Vine Spring Celebration & BBQ~April 18th
